Welcome to CBCM Gaithersburg English Congregation
CBCM G‑Campus English (CBCM‑GE) is a close‑knit and growing congregation made up of people from diverse ethnic backgrounds and rich cross‑cultural experiences. United in Christ, we build life together as a spiritual family through regular prayer for one another, mutual encouragement, and intentional growth in our faith. We are committed to deepening our understanding of God’s Word and nurturing spiritual maturity through prayer, discipleship training, and ongoing support.
One of our primary missions is to reach the English‑speaking communities in Gaithersburg, Germantown, and Clarksburg—including second‑generation immigrants such as American‑Born Chinese (ABC) and others—by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We desire to connect with individuals and families from diverse cultural and life backgrounds, helping them come to know Christ personally and grow in a life‑transforming relationship with Him.
CBCM‑GE provides a welcoming environment where meaningful relationships are built across different age groups and seasons of life. This includes families with young children, young adults, and older believers who serve as mentors—walking alongside and supporting younger families as they seek to raise Christ‑centered, God‑honoring homes.
Above all, CBCM‑GE is a place to belong—a spiritual home where people can lay down the burdens and stresses of everyday life and find refuge, rest, and hope in Christ Jesus. When we gather, it is like a family coming together, filled with joy, peace, and hope. Even amid life’s challenges and difficulties, the GE family remains committed to caring for one another and going the extra mile to help each person feel safe, loved, and supported.
We warmly invite you to join the CBCM‑GE family as we share life together by God’s grace, build one another up, and be faithful witnesses for Christ and His Church—including CBCM‑GE—in the community we live in today.
Blessings,
Elder John Lei
